ACCURATE DELIVERY DETAILS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Correct street numbers, unit/apartment details, suburb, postcode, and any required delivery notes are essential for smooth delivery.
If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, we can’t take responsibility for delays, mis deliveries, or parcels that go missing as a result. These orders are non-refundable.

PO BOXES

We can ship to PO Boxes via Royal Mail, but we recommend using a home or business address where possible. We may use different courier partners depending on your location, and we reserve the right to change carriers if needed.

PROCESSING VS SHIPPING TIME

Processing time (getting your order packed and ready) is separate from shipping time (the courier’s transit time). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details (where available).

Tattoos from our stock library ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom tattoos are made to order and ship separately within 3–4 weeks.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Orders can’t be cancelled/refunded once they’re in transit.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, we can’t change the delivery address, please check it carefully before placing your order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it wasn’t collected, re-delivery is at the customer’s cost.
•Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (including peak periods, courier delays, weather events, and strikes). EZINK cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by these circumstances.
• EZINK may update this policy at any time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs processing and inspection. Customs can hold parcels for up to 12 business days (and sometimes longer). This is completely outside of our control, we can’t speed it up, and EZINK won’t be held liable for customs-related delays.

Customs and import duties/taxes are set and applied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges (and any clearance fees) are outside of EZINK’s control and may vary from country to country. EZINK is unable to estimate, reduce, or waive these fees.

By placing an international order, you authorise EZINK (and any appointed subcontractors such as customs brokers/couriers) to lodge/import your parcel on your behalf where required. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the consignee/buyer and are payable in addition to the product price.

If duties/taxes aren’t paid, or a shipment is refused/uncollected, the parcel may be returned (where possible) or abandoned. Any reshipping or return-related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
