Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation / receipt)

To start a return, contact us at hello@ezink.co.uk before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may be refused and returned to the sender.

CHANGE OF MIND/EXCHANGE RETURNS

If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want your order and there is no fault with the product, we can accept a return under the following conditions:

  • Your return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase

For change-of-mind returns:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at hello@ezink.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

CUSTOM TATTOO DESIGNS (MADE TO ORDER)

Custom tattoos are made to order and involve dedicated design time and production setup.

  • If you cancel a custom tattoo after design work has started but before production begins, a 25% handling/design fee will be deducted from any refund due to the time our design team has spent on your artwork.
  • Once your custom design has been approved or production has started, custom tattoos are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
  • If there is a production defect or we’ve made an error, we’ll replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any products that have been opened or used (including applied tattoos), unless there is a defect or issue with the product

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • We will deduct the 15% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns (where applicable)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
